About Prosum Capital Management
Commercial problems rarely fit neatly into predefined service categories.
Prosum Capital Management is an independent business advisory firm focused on identifying and pursuing opportunities that can materially improve a company’s revenue, margins, resilience and strategic options.
PCM approaches engagements from the perspective of the business objective rather than a predetermined solution. Depending on the opportunity, this may involve developing new customers or markets, strengthening supply chains, identifying strategic partners, commercializing technologies, arranging financing, structuring partnerships or joint ventures, pursuing acquisitions, divestitures or the sale of a business, and bringing together external specialized resources required to execute the opportunity.
A Results-Oriented Approach
PCM focuses on opportunities where there is a credible path to measurable commercial value.
Our role can range from strategic analysis and opportunity development to identifying and engaging the customers, suppliers, investors, strategic partners, specialized resources and other participants required to execute a solution.
Where appropriate, engagement structures may also align a portion of PCM’s compensation with the results achieved.
